Discover the medieval village of Saint-Emilion and top-growth wine chateaux
At 50 minutes east of Bordeaux, the Saint-Emilion vineyards and medieval village are classified at the Unesco World Heritage, for its "cultural landscape". It is a must-see when travelling to the the Bordeaux region.
The troglodyte church, dugged into the limestone in the 12th century, is one of the incredible monuments of the village.
Around St-Emilion and Pomerol, some of the very best red wines of the world are produced by highly prestigious châteaux.
HALF-DAY TOUR (4 to 5H)
We propose this destination as a half-day tour, with visit and tasting at 1 or 2 different wine properties.
FULL-DAY TOUR (8 to 9H)
For a perfect mix between culture and oenology, we recommend our full-day tour having a walking tour in the village combined with visits and tastings at some châteaux. For lunch, you can enjoy a restaurant at a terrasse in this charming village, or an elegant picnic in the vines, set by your chauffeur.
